Telecare System

Tenders were invited for the supply of a telecare system comprising a call handling platform and the central equipment to operate the platform. The system is required to maintain compatibility with existing telecare equipment, and with additional compatible peripheral equipment to be purchased in the future (separate to this tender exercise and contract).
