Demolition of two storey dayroom approx. GIA 22.8 sq m and rebuilding of opening to south elevation of ward block at Portland Hospital together with all associated making good and reinstatement of M & E services. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
