Norfolk County Council is seeking to procure a service which is aimed at supporting men in Norfolk aged 18 and above presenting to GP's feeling depressed and hopeless. The procurement will be delivering against Public Health and the National strategy for Suicide Prevention priorities with agreed targets and deliverables.
