Provision of a Personal Dosimetry Service (PDS)

ONR has responsibility for regulating safety and security at all UK nuclear licensed sites from three offices in the UK – Bootle, Cheltenham and London. ONR inspectors undertake inspections of all UK nuclear licensed sites, which provides for the potential exposure to a wide energy spectrum of ionising radiation.
