ESCC JC Orbis Construction Framework - Hailsham Primary School Lot 1 - AWARD

ESCC are looking to appoint a contractor through the Orbis Construction Framework (Lot 1) for a New build 2 FE Primary School. The site is green field and is subject to a S106 agreement with the main developer (Housing). The main network utility infrastructure will be completed by the main developer prior to site possession.
