Eric Williams House is a care home for people with dementia. The building is single story and of traditional construction with a total of 43 bedrooms. 33 bedrooms are for long stay residents and 10 bedrooms are for short stay residents. The building is split into four separate wings, each wing having its own lounge, kitchenette, bathroom, and WC and are inter connected via link corridors to a communal lounge.
