The London Borough of Hillingdon intends to replace the existing Communal Lighting system at Wellings House and Glenister House. Wellings House (UB3 3PN) and Glenister House (UB3 3PP) are general needs schemes located at Avondale Drive Hayes Hillingdon. The blocks comprises of 88 dwellings spread across twelve floors.
