Runnymede and Spelthorne are two separate Councils that are into partnership on a Joint Procurement and Management Agreement for the Councils' Asset Maintenance. The two Councils are among the eleven district councils within the Surrey County and together with Surrey County Council they provide local government services to over one million people.
