Carers' Support Service in Somerset

Somerset County Council (SCC) and the NHS Somerset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) wish to support unpaid Carers within their role and also former Carers by jointly commissioning a Carers’ support service as the needs of Carers span across health and social care.
