Bio-waste Treatment, Transfer and Transport Services Framework

Essex County Council (ECC) and Southend-on-Sea Borough Council (Southend) are seeking to procure Bio-waste Treatment, Transfer and Transport Services via a Framework for the county of Essex and the unitary authority of Southend-on-Sea.
