Evaluation of recent Competition Act 1998 cases: focus on deterrent effect

The CMA would like to commission an external evaluation project looking at past CA98 cases. The aim of the project is to draw lessons from these reviews relevant to the direct and indirect impacts of CMA's interventions in such cases.
