Scope of Works - The block consists of 68 flats over 5 stories including some commercial units at ground level. Constructed in 2009 recent investigations have identified deficiencies in fire compartmentation. These have been detailed in the Fire Engineers PAS 9980 report and subsequent investigations into the internal areas of the building. The requirement now is to rectify the areas of non-compliance identified and it is proposed to enter into a JCT D&B contract with the successful tenderer to complete these works...
