Overview HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) invites suppliers from the Research Marketplace agreement (RM6018) to undertake research aimed at understanding customers' experience of the Profit Diversion Compliance Facility (PDCF) and the Diverted Profits (DP) Investigation Approach.
