Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking to appoint mechanical and electrical engineering services for Eastlands Car Park. The Works comprise supply, installation and setting to work / commissioning of a new control panel and BMS system and associated supplies for the existing Eastlands Car Park Plantroom services.
