The Home Office requires an independent Supplier to design and deliver a comprehensive training course to three groups within the OWHR pilot areas. The groups are the independent chairs, the relevant review partners (consisting of the Police, Local Authorities and Clinical Commissioning Groups in England/Local Heath Boards in Wales) and members of the OWHR Oversight Board.
