Durham City Homes wishes to appoint a Contractor to carry out (1) Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations (Electrical Installation Condition Report - EICR) on a range of properties managed by Durham City Homes in accordance with it’s legal obligations as a Landlord.
