Award of a call off contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for the provision of Business Start Up training for prisoners at HMP /YOI Isis. A self-employment programme for prisoners preparing for release who are interested in starting their own business. The programme shall consist of an in-custody programme as well as a smaller number of individual practical support packages.
