Homerton University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust - Food Retail Services incorporating the development of a new Main Reception facility

The Trust are seeking a minimum 10 year concession period with a mix of Food & Non-Food Retail services. The successful provider is to provide capital to design and construct a new main entrance and using revenues earned to offset investment. The Trust is open to suggestions on this and this will be developed through dialogue with the Trust.
