Delivery of Golowan Festival 2025 - 2027

Penzance Council offers a package of financial support for delivery of the annual Golowan Festival. Applications are sought for Golowan 2025, 26 & 27. Community Ownership is vital, applications should come from CICs or similar Community Organisation. We are not prescribing a set value for this tender.
