Dementia Support Services

The Dementia Support Service will be expected to provide post-diagnostic support, including 1:1 support, to people with dementia and their carers in Nottingham and Nottinghamshire excepting Bassetlaw, to make sure they are able to successfully manage the transitions associated with dementia.
