SH19013 South Brent Community Housing Project

South Hams District Council (SHDC) and West Devon Borough Council (WDBC) have commenced a programme of 59 units in SHDC and 29 Units in WDBC in 2019/2020 to meet the need of affordable community housing in South Devon. This is the second scheme within this programme with the wider pipeline aiming to produce 50 units year.
