GB-Colchester: Bathroom and Toilet Renewals 2021/22

Colchester Borough Council (the "Contracting Authority" or "Client") wishes to commission a Contractor to undertake the renewal of an anticipated 84 bathrooms and 55 second toilets within its social housing stock. Colchester Borough Homes will act as the Contract Administrator.
