The Council wishes to appoint one supplier to undertake a double story extension to Fibbersley Park Primary School, the local authority has a statutory obligation to ensure that sufficient school places are available to meet projected demand / need, and the Department for Education provides funding to authorities to meet this obligation in the form of the Basic Need Capital grant.
