Dearne Area Environment, Education and Volunteering Service Specification

The Dearne Area Council wishes to commission a provider to deliver a service that will complement existing environmental service provision, including enforcement and the work currently carried out by local volunteers to improve the overall environmental appearance of the Dearne North and Dearne South wards of Barnsley.
