Leicester City Council, Communications & Marketing is seeking to procure an off the shelf web based system for creating online consultations that will be used by internal staff, partners and members of public within the City. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
