Evaluation of Southampton City Council's Commercial Property Portfolio

The Council has an extensive commercial property portfolio which is managed by the Council's Valuation and Estates team lead by Joanna Rust. The Valuation and Estates Team sits within the Asset Management Team of Property which is lead by Ola Onabajo.
