4.1 The works comprises undertaking improvements and alterations to the ground floor toilets, kitchen and circulation area. This will involve the removal of the existing Ladies toilets and the existing kitchen to provide new Uni - Sex toilets, and an open plan Refreshment space, new store cupboard for the electrical distribution panels, fire alarm and security equipment.
