Digital Procurement Tooling

The Authority's existing contract for it's e-tendering tool is coming to an end in January 2023. To prepare for this, the Authority is seeking to enhance its capabilities in the disciplines of sourcing, contract lifecycle management (including performance management) and supplier and risk management.
