Thurmaston Parish Council has a 3G Pitch situated at Elizabeth Park Sports and Community Centre, the overall area is 47m x 26m. The existing artificial grass surface is in poor condition and needs replacement. The Parish Council is seeing tenders for a Third-Generation synthetic surface which consists of three elements; synthetic turf, sand infill and runner infill.
