The members of the Hampshire and Isle of Wight Procurement Partnership (HIOWPP) are using a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to establish a multi supplier framework agreement for PPE & C arranged by category LOTS within geographical LOTS covering the Hampshire region.
