CBC-1455-T-SE Passenger Lift Maintenace
You (the 'Tenderer') are invited to tender to deliver a planned programme of routine inspection, maintenance and repair of all passenger and goods lifts, together the 'Programme' all as further described in the Technical Specification at Annex 1. The Works will begin from Monday 6th March 2023 for an initial term of two years, extendable at the Employer's sole discretion for a further one year to a maximum term of three years. The Programme will be awarded in Orders for each address setting out the Works required....
