Hampshire County Council invites applications from suitably experienced organisations to deliver a high-quality supported accommodation service; providing person-centred and outcome focussed support to young people aged predominantly 16 to 18 for whom the Council has a duty to offer accommodation and who have been assessed as requiring high intensity or floating support.
