The Upper Orwell Crossings ECI & Build

The Upper Orwell Crossings project is a major bridges infrastructure project located in the centre of Ipswich. The Project includes three bridges under an NEC4 ECC with Option X22 Contract for ECI to target cost with build: Crossing A: A new road crossing to the south of the Wet Dock Island, which would connect the east and west banks.
