EEM on behalf of its members would like to establish a framework for a fully independent Debt Recovery service. During the course of the framework we will be looking for the consultancy provider to carry out; The provision of a debt recovery service to recover monies owed from former and current tenants. This service will be for general arrears collection which may include: council tax arrears, rent arrears, NNDR arrears and sundry arrears.
