High Rise Roofing and Associated Repairs, Scholes Village, Wigan

Wigan Council wishes to engage a Contractor to undertake roof coating and associated repair work to 6 high rise blocks (10 - 12 storey) in Scholes Village, situated close to Wigan Town Centre. The Contractor will be responsible for securing the services of other parties as deemed necessary to complete the works including any roofing specialist competent of undertaking such works, waste removal, welfare facilities etc.
