Soft Market Test for the provision of Concierge Services to Temporary Accommodation

Cornwall Council is conducting a soft market assessment seeking an understanding of interest across the Voluntary, Charity, Independent and private sectors for the provision of Concierge Services to Temporary Accommodation Sites.
