The media monitoring contract is required to: * Flag up news reporting about the MCA and enable us to respond swiftly to unexpected incidents and reporting about the agency. * Collate our media coverage so that we can provide data on tone of coverage and overall reputation of the agency to regular management information reporting mechanisms.
