Refurbishment of Building 85 Common Learning Space

The University of Southampton is entering into a contract with a principal contractor to carry out refurbishment works within the Life Sciences Building (B85). The project includes the refurbishment of Levels 2/3, creating new office space to accommodate incoming staff. Works include demolition of a non-load bearing wall to create a large meeting room.
