GWH19 - Demolition of Hawthorn Avenue

The work comprises the demolition of 29no dwellings situated off Hawthorn Avenue, Hull. Dwellings are in blocks and are of a traditional brick build. It is assumed the properties are built on strip foundations, demolition is to include both the superstructure and sub structure down to a depth of 1 metre and include all pipework and drainage within the perimeter of the site.
