Invitation to Tender for Telephone Kiosk Security

1. Background Ripon City Council in September 2024 became the owner of three of the four Red K6 Series telephone kiosks from BT as part of the adopt a kiosk scheme. The telephone equipment has been removed from the kiosks, leaving them empty at this present time.
