AHS5111- Tower Hamlets Floating Support Service

The London Borough of Tower Hamlets is seeking expressions of interest from interested organisations for the delivery of a Floating Support Service. The service will deliver the Tower Hamlets Floating Support Service which will assist people to develop or maintain their independence within their own homes and community, thus preventing the otherwise unnecessary use of more institutional forms of care and support or rough sleeping and homelessness.
