Prior Information Notice - expressions or interest for attending an Event on 10 MArch 2016

NHS Sheffield CCG is inviting expressions or interest from the market for the provision of an adult autism and neurodevelopment diagnostic and post-diagnostic support service. The commissioners welcome interest from groups looking to provide part, or all, of the pathway and are seeking an innovative delivery model which may include support being provided by buddies, peer supporters, family workers and/or group facilitators working alongside clinicians.
