St Ives Road, WSM - property extension (AH-272)

The extent of the works comprises demolishing the single storey outside toilet and storeroom block together with the covered link at the rear of the house. The detached Cornish Unit building is to be replaced by a single storey extension to provide a bedroom and accessible wet room together with a link corridor for a disabled child.
