Redmonds Building, HVAC Works

The proposed works involve the stripping out of existing condensers and addition of new condensers in order to provide multiple stages of cooling to the HVAC systems serving the building. The HVAC systems currently rely on single/two stage cooling that offers a 'single point of failure', is not fit for purpose and does not provide thermal comfort to occupants - especially in winter months.
