Waterproofing Requirements - Truro Car Parks

Waterproofing works within 2 car parks in central Truro. The Waterproofing is to be completed on both sites by 17/11/17. Due to winter working and the car park being open to the elements we will require detail of the waterproofing materials and method of installation.
