Integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service

Suffolk County Council is seeking to award a contract for an integrated Healthy Lifestyles Service that will prevent early onset of modifiable conditions, modify lifestyle behaviours and prevent early onset of non-communicable diseases. Key priorities will be reducing health inequalities, increasing long term health outcomes and improving quality of life for Suffolk residents.
