To appoint a Single Independent Advocacy Service to delivery the following services; o Independent Mental Health Advocacy (IMHA) o Independent Mental Capacity Advocacy (IMCA) o Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DOLS) and Relevant Person's Representatives (RPR) o Litigation Friend o Statutory National Health Service Complaints Advocacy (NHS - CA) o Statutory Care Act Advocacy (CAA) (Support / Assessment, Safeguarding, Carers and Hospital Advocacy) o Non-statutory Advocacy (NSA) - Generic Community Advocacy.} Additi...
