Contract funerals meaning there are insufficient funds in the clientâs estate to pay for the funeral costs and community funerals where the estate can afford the cost of a funeral befitting the deceased and in consultation with the Local Authority. The funeral service will be for the residents of London Borough of Hillingdon to access (if entitled to).
