The Provision of Targeted Holistic Short Breaks for Children with Disabilities

Providers are invited to submit grant funding applications for the provision of targeted holistic services for children and young people with disabilities and/or a complex health needs. The aim of the targeted short break is to offer a range of holistic interventions to support the child's wellbeing, which may lead to better sleep, relaxation, improved management of emotional regulation or decrease in pain or discomfort.
