Consultant Radio Frequency Engineer to assist with the procurement of a managed radio service for Mersey tunnels

Merseytravel wish to engage a consultant RF Engineer to assist with the procurement of a managed radio service for Mersey tunnels. The consultant would advise on the specification, technical questions and monitoring and evaluation of the tender bids.
